My favourite thing about being a tutor and teaching maths, science and English at primary level is the magic of making learning fun, practical, and meaningful for each individual child.

In my spare time I enjoy exploring our beautiful county and swimming in the sea. I have just started training for a marathon next year so am building up my running too!

I love reinventing lessons so they feel like a discovery, not just a task - whether that's using natural materials to explore number bonds, creating mini science experiments with natural materials, or building stories inspired by children's individual interests.
