Welcome to CB Tutoring & Exams, a dedicated private exam centre located in Cornwall, designed to support home-educated students and those outside mainstream education.

We hope, pending awarding organisation approval, to be able to provide a local, accessible solution for families in the South West, eliminating the need for costly travel or overnight stays from the 2026 Summer Exam season. Our aim is to create a welcoming environment where students can feel at ease, offering opportunities to visit and familiarise themselves with our facilities before exam day.

At The Hive, we believe in empowering young people to achieve their goals and unlock future opportunities through accessible education and tailored support.

Our centrally located exam centre in Bodmin will hopefully offer International GCSE, GCSE and Functional Skills examinations, working with leading awarding bodies, including AQA, OCR, Pearson Edexcel and WJEC. In addition to examinations, we provide wrap-around care such as group tutoring and home tuition services. These resources not only prepare students academically but also help them feel confident and comfortable in the exam environment.
