As well as being our Head of Centre Chrissi is also our Access Arrangements Coordinator and brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to supporting every learner. A qualified teacher with a specialism in Special Educational Needs (SEN), she also holds a Master’s in Education.

Before starting CB Tutoring & Exams Ltd, Chrissi served as an Assistant Headteacher and held key roles including Head of English, Literacy Lead and Head of Year. Her leadership, expertise and passion for inclusive education shape the supportive environment we strive to provide for all students.

Cass is a qualified teacher with 27 years of experience across education and social care in Cornwall. With nine years spent working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, she brings a deep level of knowledge, empathy and insight to everything she does.

For the past five years, Cass has specialised as an Exams Officer, ensuring every assessment runs smoothly, efficiently and with exceptional care. Her professionalism creates a calm, supportive and well-organised environment, allowing learners to approach their exams with confidence.

Chrissy is an experienced, qualified teacher. She holds an Assessment Practising Certificate and Accredited Teacher Status (ATS) from the British Dyslexia Association, demonstrating her expertise in supporting learners with specific educational needs.

As an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA), Chrissy is fully qualified to assess students for exam access arrangements and diagnose dyslexia, ensuring every learner receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
