My favourite thing about English is that reading can take you out of the present moment and into wherever the writer has set the scene. I also enjoy teaching people how to communicate better by helping them improve their writing skills.

You will usually find me on a beach - especially if that beach has coffee and cake!

I've been a teacher and a tutor, but I prefer tutoring because then I can work 1:1 or in small groups and I can give my students the time and attention they need.
