I have always loved reading literature, analysing language and writing throughout my journey through school, college and university. I love that English tuition allows me to pass my enthusiasm for English and the vital skills it provides onto others so they can learn to enjoy literature in new ways, and can use their study of English to help them succeed in life.

I love travelling, reading, writing, yoga, cooking, and (of course!) exploring Cornwall.

I love teaching English in the classroom, but I also love tutoring as it allows me to work with individuals and smaller groups and have more direct and in-depth discussions about literature and language. I find tutoring and teaching incredibly rewarding, and feel grateful that I can help others enjoy English and understand its importance. To me, the highlight of tutoring is watching students progress in their enjoyment and understanding of English, along with seeing them grow in confidence and success throughout their study with me.
